Because there are a lot of questions addressed to IBH by E-mail about the requirement how to become the member, the following explanation is given below :

In March 2009 Soft Launching of IBH Site has been conducted. Recently there are several facilities commenced to be used by the members, whereas the development of it continues up to the first stage of Grand Launching.
