Daily-Tranceformation: How to use trance steady
and submodalities in everyday life to the context of therapy

Salam Ajaib !!
Have you ever think that everyday activities can be exploited for therapeutic context and
positive empowerment?
Is not fun and if we can empower trance and submodalities in our routine activities at work or at home?
Aha! Milton Erickson himself stating that trance is a natural activity that occurs in everyday situations, and in utilization could be a useful therapeutic activity for us of course.
Once we see the overall concept of submodalities, we can conclude that there is a pattern we can observe, far away - close, colorful - colorless, clear - blurred, and pulled the patterns that occur in our daily lives!
For example, when we do a stomping, or shouting, there will be an effect of the release in it, or cry and laugh, will cause different effects ..
Interestingly, we can enlarge and to lebaykan therapeutic effects of our daily activities by using the concept of a simple submodalities ..

1.In the Toilet :
This is my favorite .. : D
